About The Author:



Mary Sadler, born Dutch, immigrated to South Africa when she was still a child.  She grew up in Upington, on the Orange River.  She studied at UCT (BA Languages) and worked as a journalist in Cape Town, London and Amsterdam.  She is married with two full-grown children.  She currently lives on a small holding in the Southern Cape, writing more or less full time.
